1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Devs AIO (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Devs AIO provides AI-powered services including but not limited to:
- AI chat and conversation (DEVSAIO-CHAT-V1)
- AI image generation (DEVSAIO-IMG-V1)
- AI video generation (DEVSAIO-VID-V1)
- Developer API access for paid plans
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may only create one account per person.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
- Yearly subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting contact@devsaio.lol.
- Once a purchase is completed, no automatic refunds are provided. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- If you subscribed once and wish to cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
- Prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistan Rupees) and USD for reference. Actual charges may vary based on exchange rates.
- Payment methods include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, OxaPay, and Binance Pay (USDT/LTC).
5. Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: No refunds once payment is processed. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
- Yearly plans: Partial refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@devsaio.lol.
- Technical issues: If a service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated refund.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@devsaio.lol with your order details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal activities or to generate harmful content
- Share your account with others (except Team plan members)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
- Use automated scraping or excessive requests that degrade service for others
- Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Devs AIO is owned by Devs AIO. Generated content (chats, images, videos) belongs to the user, but Devs AIO reserves the right to use anonymized data for platform improvement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Devs AIO is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or content generated by AI models.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining subscription value will be forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform announcement.
