⚠️ Important: Once you have purchased a plan, no refunds are automatically issued. All sales are final unless stated below.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases on Devs AIO are final. Once payment is confirmed and your plan is activated, the transaction is considered complete. No automatic refunds are processed.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds for monthly plans. If you subscribed to a monthly plan (Pro, Team, or Ultra), you cannot request a refund for the current billing cycle.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Unused portions of a monthly subscription are not refundable.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
- Yearly plans may be eligible for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, contact contact@devsaio.lol with your order details.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
- If you have already used a significant portion of your tokens/services, the refund amount may be reduced or denied.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems with the Platform that prevent you from using the service:
- Contact us at contact@devsaio.lol with details of the issue
- Include your order ID, email, and a description of the problem
- If the issue is confirmed to be on our end and lasts more than 24 hours, we may offer a prorated refund or credit
5. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same plan:
- Immediately contact contact@devsaio.lol
- Provide your transaction ID and payment method details
- We will investigate and refund any duplicate charges within 5-7 business days
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to contact@devsaio.lol with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email
- Order ID or Transaction ID
- Plan purchased (Pro, Team, or Ultra)
- Amount paid
- Reason for refund request
- Payment method used (OxaPay, Binance Pay, EasyPaisa, JazzCash)
7. Refund Processing Time
- OxaPay: 3-5 business days
- Binance Pay (USDT/LTC): 5-7 business days
- EasyPaisa: 2-3 business days
- JazzCash: 2-3 business days
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
